Some links on PetStayIndex are affiliate links. If you click one and book a stay (or make a purchase), the company may pay us a commission. This costs you nothing extra — the price you pay is the same either way.
This disclosure applies site-wide and complies with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's guidelines on endorsements (16 CFR Part 255).
What affiliate money never buys
Placement, policy data, or favorable presentation. Every company in a region is listed on identical terms with identical fields, whether or not we have an affiliate relationship with them — many companies listed here pay us nothing at all. Pet fees, weight limits, breed rules, and cat policies are what the companies told us or published, verbatim, never adjusted. Tool rankings (like the fee calculator) are pure arithmetic on the verified data.
Who we may partner with
Affiliate relationships may include booking platforms (such as Booking.com or Expedia via travel affiliate networks), individual cabin rental companies through networks like ShareASale or AvantLink, and pet-related services such as pet insurance. Where a specific link is an affiliate link, the relationship exists — but the data on the page would read exactly the same without it.
Why we structure it this way
Our entire value is that travelers can trust the numbers. The moment a fee or a "cats allowed" answer bends toward whoever pays us, this site is worthless. So the rule is structural: revenue attaches to links, never to data.
